Shipping & Customs Terms

1. Order Processing & Delivery Time
   All orders require a minimum processing and delivery time of at least 14 days after order confirmation. This timeframe is necessary for the preparation and completion of required export documentation and handling procedures.

2. Shipping Services
   Orders are shipped via DHL or EMS, depending on destination and service availability. Shipping method selection is subject to carrier coverage and operational conditions.

3. Customs, Duties & Import Responsibility
   Buyers are fully responsible for understanding and complying with customs regulations, import requirements, and wildlife or specimen regulations in their destination country.
   Any customs duties, taxes, inspection fees, delays, confiscations, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
   We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by customs clearance processes or import restrictions in the destination country.
